User Agreement

Preamble

This User Registration Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and THE FORCE MATRIX PTE. LTD. (collectively referred to as the "Platform") regarding the products and services provided by the Platform and its affiliated companies on their gaming platform (including the Platform's website, the current game service [Tung Tung Prompt], and other online services, collectively referred to as "Products and Services"). Please read this Agreement carefully, as it governs your access to and use of the services, game content, and user-generated content, and constitutes a legally binding agreement.

By clicking "Register" (where applicable), accessing or using the services, downloading content, or posting any content through the services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms, whether or not you have registered as a "member." If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to access or use the services.

Amendment Rights

The Platform reserves the right to unilaterally modify, suspend, or terminate the services (in whole or in part) or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. If the terms are modified, we will notify users via announcement or notice. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any modification, you must cease using the services.

Prohibition of Illegal Use

You agree not to use the services or related content for any illegal purposes or in violation of these terms.

Eligibility and Registration

Provision of Registration Information

(1). When applying for a Platform account (or updating information post-registration), you must provide the most recent, detailed, and accurate personal registration information. This includes your account name, password, and all information entered during registration (or subsequent updates). You hereby confirm that you are registering with your true identity and that all provided information is accurate, complete, and valid. You agree to bear legal responsibility for this information under applicable laws and these terms. The Platform shall provide necessary assistance (e.g., account verification, original registration records) and may disclose such information to authorities as required.

(2). All personal registration information may be used by the Platform to verify account ownership and user identity. You agree to provide supporting documentation upon request to confirm your identity.

(3). If your information is inaccurate, false, invalid, outdated, or misleading, the Platform may suspend or terminate your access to services until corrected. Suspension periods shall be reasonable and communicated to you.

(4). The Platform may verify the authenticity of your registration information and shall implement technical and managerial measures to secure your account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Either party failing to fulfill these obligations and causing harm to others shall bear legal liability.

Accessing Registration Information

Users may access their registration and personal information at any time via the "User Center" on the Platform’s official website.

Updating Registration Information

Users may update or modify their registration information through the "User Center" or other designated methods. However, certain information (e.g., legal name, ID number, account name) cannot be modified post-registration without special circumstances.

User Acknowledgment

All data related to your account (e.g., login records, in-game actions, virtual currency) shall be based on the Platform’s system records.

Prohibition of Infringement

You may not use the services to disseminate materials infringing intellectual property rights.

Ratings, Chat, and Feedback

You may post comments but assume legal liability (e.g., defamation risks). The Platform may remove inappropriate content. By submitting feedback, you grant the Platform exclusive ownership and waive related rights.

Virtual Items and Currency

Virtual items and currency ("Virtual Currency") are for in-service use only, with no real-world value. You receive a limited, non-transferable license and may not exchange them for real currency. The Platform reserves the right to modify or terminate such features.

Orders and Payments

Minors require parental/guardian consent for payments. Purchases of virtual items/currency are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. Order acceptance initiates service delivery, and you waive refund rights.

Tax Liability

You are responsible for all fees and taxes arising from service usage.

Third-Party Terms

Downloading the app from stores (e.g., Google Play) requires compliance with their terms. Third-party app usage is governed by their publishers’ terms, and the Platform may enforce such terms as a third-party beneficiary.

User Interaction Responsibility

You are responsible for interactions with other users. The Platform may monitor but does not guarantee content safety and reserves the right to cooperate with legal investigations.

Prohibited Conduct

Including but not limited to:

(1). Posting infringing, illegal, or discriminatory content;

(2). Unauthorized use of trademarks or technical interference;

(3). Spreading viruses or spam;

(4). Impersonation or fraud;

Exploiting vulnerabilities or cheating via third-party software.

The Platform may pursue violations and cooperate with law enforcement.

External Links and Third-Party Content

The Platform is not responsible for third-party websites/content. Use at your own risk.

Contests and Promotions

Participation in activities is subject to separate rules, which prevail over these terms in case of conflict.

Account Termination

The Platform may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, infringement, or risks, reserving legal recourse. Users may request account deletion via email.

Termination Consequences

Upon termination, virtual items/currency become void, and refunds are excluded. Inactive accounts (3+ years) may have content revoked.

Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is," with no warranties (express or implied, including merchantability or fitness). Use at your own risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify the Platform against claims arising from your content or violations, including legal costs.

Liability Limitation

Except as legally required, the Platform is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss). Total liability shall not exceed USD 100.

Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement, superseding prior oral/written agreements.

Miscellaneous

You may not transfer rights without written consent. The Platform may notify changes via email or announcement. Partial invalidity does not affect the remainder.
